Information on packaging, postage and returns.

Packaging

Your print will be wrapped in acid free recycled and recyclable tissue paper. All of our packaging is recycled, recyclable and/or compostable.

Postage

I try and send out orders within 5 working days of your order, however if you need them sooner please feel free to contact me. 

Prints are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.

Prints sent within the UK are sent Royal Mail Tracked and are usually delivered in 2-4 days.

Prints sent to the EU are sent Royal Mail International Tracked are usually delivered in 2-14 days. Vix Fay is not responsible for any additional charges for customs and customers must pay for these in full. Vix Fay has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary and you may want to contact your local customs office to understand what the thresholds are in your destination country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and these are circumstances beyond my control.

If you require delivery further afield, or have any other shipping, or delivery queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

Returns

Due to the nature of the printing process each print is unique and slightly different.
I have tried to show all colours as accurately as possible, but computer monitors may vary.

Your prints are sent well packaged and in perfect condition. An example of the packaging used can be seen here. I cannot be held responsible for any damages, or losses in transit, but if your print has been damaged in the post please send me some photographs as proof and I will see what I can do.

If you are unhappy with your Item please email me straight away

I will be happy to refund you through Paypal if your item is returned to me in perfect condition within 14 days.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
